As a sophomore from Milton, Georgia, I have been fortunate to split my time in Georgia and New England and train under the guidance of both Lauren Kamber and Annie Dotoli.

 

While I have been riding since I was eight, I most recently started training with Annie Dotoli for parts of the year competing in both the south east and north east. Since I began working with Annie, I was circuit champion at WEC Ocala in the 12-14 Age Group Equitation in 2023 and ended the year reserve champion in Zone 4, and looking across zones, would have placed top 3 nationally. Additionally, I placed 6th out of 40 in MHJA Finals on a horse new to me and have since qualified for various medal finals including Jump Seat Finals, Hunt Seat Medal Finals, and NHS Hamel Medal Finals.

In addition to riding competitively on the A circuit, I have also been an active IEA member from 6th grade to 9th grade where I was the recipient of multiple high point awards in both fences and flat. I enjoyed competing in the IEA as I enjoyed the challenge of riding different horses as well as being a member on the team.

Academically, I take my studies very seriously and maintain an unweighted GPA of 4.0. I am also a member of the National Honor Society and in addition to honors level courses, plan on taking multiple AP classes. After high school, I plan to pursue a degree in business and hope to stay connected to the equestrian world after college.

I aim to blend my love for horses and competing at a high level with my academic goals, hoping to ride for a Division I college team. I believe my strengths in and out of the saddle will prove to be valuable to any collegiate team I pursue.
